Savannah Laurie is my beautiful new niece who is just as sweet as she is pretty! She was born on January 11th and weighed 8 pounds, 15 oz and was 19 inches long! She caused quite a stir in my sister's belly, but since birth has been a very good little baby!
I had the great fortune of getting to spend 3 days with Becca and Savi at home this week and enjoyed every minute of it. Of course, we had to dress her up and take pictures. It was just like playing "babies" when we were younger, except this one had real dirty diapers and after she took her bottle, it tended to come back up. The only problem was that we were missing a baby to play with. Big cousin Ella went to daycare all week because she had a little cold and we didn't want Ms. Savannah to get it on her 2nd week of life! There should be plenty of opportunities for E and S to play together!
Here is their first and only meeting so far. I absolutely can't wait for them to start playing together. Maybe they will let Big Brother Colby play with them! If not, he will always have Grandad on his side!!

Becca has two very loyal dogs who can't be away from her for a second. So, when it's feeding time, they always make sure they are right there with her to help!
Congratulations Becca, Eric, and Colby! Your family of four (or six, counting the dogs attached to your hip) is beautiful and perfect!
