Saturday was a flip floppin' good time at our house and I think that Ella enjoyed herself immensely at her 2 year birthday party! Even though she had a teeny tiny nap and woke up in a foul sensitive mood, she quickly became happy when it was party time! Yay! Let the recap begin...
Invitations (that E tried to put on)

Food and drink set-up complete with flip flop party picks, a flip flop frame, and flip flop stickers (all of which Ella actually put in the floor and tried to slip her feet into...no kidding)
Thankfully Ella did not try these flops on...an amazing flip flop cake made by our good friend Jocelyn Bundy...she does an amazing job! Look, it is even complete with sand (or graham cracker crumbs)!

This is a must share...after we played outside in the water, I brought Ella in to put her in some dry clothes. While she is standing there naked and waiting for me to put her diaper and dress back on, she decides to put on her boots and took off...this is the result (censored, of course)...
A great time was had by all and Ella is really appreciative of everyone that was able to come and celebrate with her! It felt really good to put forth the effort to throw her a party this year because she walked into the house after I decorated and she was so excited. She kept exclaiming, "Happy Birthday Party" and "So pretty". I'm so glad she noticed! Happy Birthday Ella! Now, let's go play with all of your new toys!
