After all the storms hit, then we know it is time for the Strawberry Festival!! Parades, concerts, beauty revues, corndogs, deep fried Snickers, cotton candy, heart burn, sunburns, Thursday night porch party, penny can, overnight guests, strawberry shortcakes, strawberry outfits, strawberry bows, late nights, fun times...yep, that pretty much sums of the week! We love this time of year!
Virginia's first Strawberry Festival...she is very excited!
I tried so hard to get a good picture of them together in their strawberry dresses. Believe me when I say, this was the best one. Ella didn't even want to try and Virginia was just. over. it.
Still couldn't get Ella to smile, but at least in this picture, you can see her pretty dress! And her matching bracelets that she picked out herself!

It took Ella a while to get over the loud noises from sirens and drums, but she eventually got into it and clapped and waved. She had a great time!
