Since the good and glorious 70 degree weather has been popping in and out the past few weeks, we have been trying to take advantage of it all that we can. Virginia and I desperately need to get out of the house, Lee has definitely got the winter blues, and Ella can wake up and see the sun shining through and immediately says, "outside". So, what do we do? Exactly what Ella says...(that's par for the course)...we go outside!
One particular Friday night, we enjoyed a night out grilling on our deck with good friends Jocelyn and Eric. Lee decided to make personal pan homemade pizzas on the grill...and let me tell you, they were awesome! He has been trying for years now to perfect his homemade dough, and I think he is just about there!
